The following price list shows all the normal jobs and maintainance contracts that may be required by a home or commercial user. In all normal cases a price will be agreed at time of booking. There are of course many variations in which pricing cannot be precise. Please ring for clarrification. |

Travel under 5 miles – Free.
Travel over 5 miles will be charged at £0.30 per mile.
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 0900 hrs to 2000 hrs.
Evening & weekend appointments are available at no extra cost.
If you wish us to work outside this period (between 2000 hrs and 0859 hrs) all fees will double.
Note: There is no Call Out Charge. When the price says “per hour or part” that means that the first hour will cost you the stated figure whether it is 1 minute or 1 hour. However subsequent hours, in the same session, will be charged in 10 minute blocks.

Installation & Setup of Your New PC.
Leave everything in its boxes. We will come to you and install the lot, get it all working and give you some basic instruction.
Without Internet installation per PC £50.00

Data Transfer from Old PC to New PC £40.00
We will visit you, check your computers efficiency, check that you are safe from virus, hacking and advise on identity theft.

Suitable Router POA
We will visit you, set-up your router (including wireless access) and get your PC connected.
Set-up charge (Includes 1 PC) £40.00
Each additional PC at same visit £10.00
This can be anything from installing a new printer to installing a new larger hard drive. Most upgrades will be completed on site, but for some longer ones we may take your PC to our workshop.
Per Hour or part £30.00
Modern computers are very reliable. However they can still go wrong and when they do will often lose all your valuable data. We provide a complete backup system (Including a USB Hard Drive & Software) installed on your system and ready to run. The system will backup all your valuable files as often as you wish. This is a genuine backup, unlike many on the market that are not.
Supply & Set-Up of the Backup System £150.00
In the event of a catastrophic failure on the part of your PC we will sort the PC and recover as much data as possible. Please note that if you do not have a backup the amount of recoverable data may be limited. This may take several hours and may require us to take the computer to our workshop. It is however included in the maintenance contract that we offer.
Per Hour or part £30.00
A PC Maintenance Contract will cover your PC and its peripherals (Printer, Scanner etc) for all problems that may occur. This includes a catastrophic breakdown, in which case it will cover the disaster recovery fees. It also includes an annual PC Health Check (See above).
Remote online support may also be used to provide quicker service.
It does not include addition, removal or transfer of Printers, scanners etc, hardware changes, changes to the spec of the machine or parts.

The first year’s fee must be made as a single payment. After that monthly payments are permitted.
Would you like your own internet shop. We are experts at setting these up. Basic setup and training will take over an hour. A good start point is for us to visit you and go through the pros and cons of running your own e-shop.

Do you need software specially written for your business or club? We will do it. We will visit you to specify your needs. Produce a specification for the work and a fixed price quote. Alternatively we can give you an estimate and do the job on a time & materials basis.
The specification will be detailed and cover all aspects of the software required. Work will not commence until the specification has been signed off by the client and the finished job will be exactly to spec. Any changes will be the subject of future work.
Please note that the time spent in producing the specification is chargable at our standard rates if the job is not given to us.

We will visit you, perform a site survey and specify your needs. We will then provide you with a fixed price quote for the work. Alternatively we can give you an estimate and do the job on a time & materials basis.

All services not mentioned here are performed on a Time & Materials basis. In other words we charge you for our time and any materials used.
